Position: Head of Business Unit (Smartphone, Gadgets & Accessories)

Industry: Tech & Consumer Electronics Distribution.

Company Overview

Our client is a leading Technology & Mobile Distribution Company in Thailand, specializing in end-to-end supply chain, fulfillment, and authorized distribution for world-renowned global Smartphone, Gadgets, and Smart IoT brands.

Seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Business Unit to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and optimize profitability (P&L) across the entire product portfolio including Smartphones, Smart Devices, Audio, Accessories, and IoT products.

Key Responsibilities

BU Strategy & P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of Business Unit strategy, total P&L, revenue growth, and profit margins across Smartphones, Smart Devices, and Tech Accessories.
Omnichannel Execution: Drive distribution strategy across Telco Operators (AIS/TRUE), IT Chains (Com7, Jaymart, TG Fone), 3,000+ local dealers, and E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Principal & Vendor Alignment: Collaborate closely with global brand principals on product portfolio, pricing strategy, trade rebates, and stock health (DOI).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and align Sales, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain/Fulfillment teams within the Business Unit.
Team Leadership: Lead Sales, Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, and E-Commerce teams.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial or BU leadership experience in Smartphones, IT Gadgets, Consumer Electronics, or Mobile Accessories.
Proven track record in full P&L management and nationwide multi-channel tech distribution.
Strong network and established relationships with major Telco operators, IT retail chains, and local dealer networks in Thailand.
Strong business acumen, data-driven mindset, and fluent in English and Thai.
