Position: Head of Channel & Shopper Strategy

Location: Thailand

We are seeking an experienced leader to develop channel and shopper strategies that drive sales growth and strengthen retail execution. The role will lead promotional planning, optimise commercial investment, and work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to translate business priorities into effective channel initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop channel and shopper strategies aligned with business objectives across Modern Trade and General Trade.
• Translate shopper insights, market trends, and sales data into actionable channel and customer plans.
• Lead promotional planning, activation calendars, and budget allocation.
• Evaluate promotional effectiveness and return on investment to improve future activities.
• Strengthen in-store visibility, merchandising, and execution standards.
• Partner with Sales, Key Account, and Marketing teams on customer initiatives and business planning.
• Support new product launches through channel planning and coordinated execution.
• Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and investment efficiency.
• Lead and develop the team, setting clear priorities and performance objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, channel development, or category management within FMCG or consumer products.
• Proven leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of Thailand's Modern Trade and General Trade channels.
• Experience in promotional planning, budget management, and ROI evaluation.
• Ability to translate commercial data and shopper insights into practical growth initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in Thai and English.
