Head of Commercial Finance

Location: Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive revenue, profitability and commercial performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for commercial activities.
• Analyze sales, pricing, promotions, product mix and marketing ROI.
• Provide financial insights and business cases to support commercial decisions.
• Monitor key KPIs and identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement.
• Work closely with senior management to translate business strategies into financial results.
• Lead and develop the Commercial Finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 10+ years experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong experience partnering with Sales and Marketing.
• Background in F&B, Retail, FMCG or Consumer businesses preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
