Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Enterprise Architecture & Scalable Platform

-Own the target enterprise architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed to scale past 1M users with reliability, performance, and cost control.

-Design for standardized, reusable modules and shared services so new products and clients can be delivered faster and cheaper over time.

-Make cloud, data, security, and infrastructure decisions as a hands-on cloud expert, balancing scale, cost, and speed.

-Define non-functional standards: availability, latency, observability, security, and disaster recovery.

2. Hands-On Technical Leadership & Delivery

- Stay hands-on: review architecture and critical code, prototype hard parts, and raise the technical bar by example.

-Lead delivery from prototype to production across backend, frontend, data, and AI components. --Define quality gates, release criteria, engineering metrics, and technical decision records that keep quality high while the team moves fast.

-Tie engineering work to measurable outcomes: reduced cycle time, lower cost to serve, higher reliability, faster time-to-market, and product retention.

3. SDLC, AI DLC & Agile Operating Model

-Own a modern SDLC and AI development lifecycle (AI DLC): experimentation, evaluation, guardrails, deployment, and monitoring for AI features.

-Run an Agile team with Kanban flow, clear WIP limits, cycle-time tracking, and continuous delivery.

-Apply lean startup discipline: validate before heavy build, ship MVPs, measure, and iterate. -Institutionalize CI/CD, automated testing, code review standards, and engineering documentation.

4. Business, Customer & Stakeholder Management

-Be business- and customer-centric: translate client and product needs into technical strategy and prioritized roadmaps.

-Communicate with excellence to CEO, Product, Sales, Client Success, and enterprise clients— explaining trade-offs, risk, and value clearly.

-Join pre-sales and enterprise client conversations to shape feasible, differentiated, and profitable solutions.

-Manage expectations, timelines, and technical risk with clients and internal leadership.

5. Team Building, Capability & Engineering Moat

-Hire, coach, and grow engineers; build squads with clear ownership, decision rights, and career growth.

-Create reusable engineering assets: module libraries, platform services, architecture decision records, and playbooks that scale the team.

-Build an engineering culture of ownership, quality, and learning aligned with Jenosize GROW values.

-Turn wins and incidents into stronger standards, so the organization gets faster and safer over time.

Qualifications :

-10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years leading engineering teams or acting as head/technical lead of a product or platform organization.

-Proven experience architecting and scaling a platform or SaaS product beyond 1M users in production.

-Strong enterprise architecture skills: multi-tenancy, microservices or modular monolith trade-offs, data modeling, API design, security, and cost-aware scaling.

-Hands-on cloud expert (AWS/GCP/Azure): infrastructure, containers/orchestration, CI/CD, observability, and reliability engineering.

-Strong production engineering in a modern stack (e.g., TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or equivalent) and comfortable reviewing code and architecture.

-Experience embedding AI/LLM features into products with a real AI development lifecycle (evaluation, guardrails, monitoring).

-Experience running Agile/Kanban delivery and lean startup product development.

-Excellent Thai and professional English communication; comfortable in enterprise client and executive settings.
