Head of Finance (Cash Management)

About Role:

Manage and optimize financial operations by implementing policies, improving financial systems and processes, maintaining business liquidity, supporting growth, and managing credit facilities and funding sources to optimize financing costs.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement departmental policies, as well as plan and review financial operations.
• Manage, develop, and improve financial systems and processes, including financial planning.
• Prepare and review the Group's cash flow reports to provide an overall analysis of the financial position of the business.
• Manage credit facilities and financing costs from various sources to ensure effective liquidity management.
• Plan and manage financial activities and transactions across the Group; analyze and identify appropriate funding sources, as well as coordinate and negotiate with financial institutions and other funding sources to achieve optimal financing costs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance, Cash Management, or 7, with management experience at Manager level or above.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Flow Management, Liquidity Management, Working Capital, and Financial Planning.
• Experienced in Credit Facilities, Funding, and Financing Cost Management.
• Strong experience in coordinating and negotiating with banks and financial institutions.
• Strong analytical skills in Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Cash Flow Analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to set direction and manage financial operations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and business decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience in Group Finance, Holding Companies, or multi-business organizations would be an advantage.
