Head of Group Finance

Hiring: Head of Group Finance (Director Level) | Singapore

Our client is a Singapore headquartered global supply chain solutions provider, a global logistics group operating across approximately 20 countries and four continents.

The company provides end-to-end supply chain, fulfilment, manufacturing support, e-commerce, healthcare, print and packaging solutions to leading global brands. With a strong presence across Asia, Europe and the Americas, the business combines technology, operational expertise and regional capabilities to help customers improve efficiency, reduce costs and scale their operations.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Group Finance at Director level to lead the Group's financial strategy, performance, governance and regional finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Group financial reporting and consolidated P&L management

Drive budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Analyze business, country and customer profitability

Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital and funding strategies

Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency

Strengthen financial governance, controls and compliance

Partner closely with senior leadership on business growth and performance

Lead and develop regional and country finance teams

What We're Looking For

Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline

CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent professional qualification preferred

12–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally with regional or Group-level exposure

Strong expertise in financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and profitability analysis

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions

Proven leadership, stakeholder management and change management capabilities

Willingness to travel regionally as required
