Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and transformation Head of Human Resources to partner directly with the CEO in driving organisational growth, culture transformation, and business performance.

This is a critical leadership role for an experienced HR executive who thrives in dynamic environments and can align people strategies with ambitious business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Lead organisation-wide transformation initiatives to enhance effectiveness, agility, and performance.
  • Design and implement a robust performance management framework that drives accountability and results.
  • Build a proactive, high-performance culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing practical solutions to business and people challenges.
  • Drive change management initiatives and strengthen organisational capability.
  • Develop HR strategies that support business growth, productivity improvement, and cost optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirement

  • Proven experience leading large-scale organisational transformation projects at least 1,000 people++
  • Strong track record of developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and cost efficiency.
  • Experience partnering with C-suite executives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in performance management, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in building positive, high-performing workplace cultures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Thai Nationality
