The Successful Applicant
Key Requirement
- Proven experience leading large-scale organisational transformation projects at least 1,000 people++
- Strong track record of developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and cost efficiency.
- Experience partnering with C-suite executives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in performance management, talent management, and organisational development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into people strategies.
- Demonstrated success in building positive, high-performing workplace cultures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
