WE'RE HIRING: Head of Human Resources

Location: Based Phuket, Naiyang Office

Join a fast-growing property development business in Phuket and take the lead in building a strong, agile, and business-focused HR function.

We are looking for a hands-on HR leader who can lead a small team, manage day-to-day HR operations, improve HR processes, and work closely with both local management and Head Office HR to support rapid business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR function in Phuket with a strong hands-on approach
• Manage and develop a small HR team with clear priorities and effective work allocation
• Partner with management and Head Office HR on people strategy and business needs
• Oversee HRM & HRD including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and engagement
• Improve HR processes, policies, systems, reporting, and workforce planning
• Support multiple property projects and respond quickly to changing business priorities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR standards

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of solid HR experience full loop across HRM & HRD
• Experience in a senior HR leadership role such as Head of HR, AVP, HR Manager, or equivalent
• Strong experience in real estate / property development or a fast-growing business environment
• Strong hands-on, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading a small team and managing multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in business expansion, restructuring, or organizational growth is highly preferred
• Public company experience is an advantage
• Good command of English
• Able to work in Phuket and 2 Saturdays per month
