Head of IT Security Governance & Security Architecture

Job Summary

The Head of ITSecurity Governance & Security Architecture is responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the bank's IT governance framework and enterprise security architecture. This role ensures that information security strategies align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Security Governance: Establish and maintain policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Security Architecture: Design and oversee enterprise security architecture, ensuring secure integration of systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• - Innovation & Resilience: Drive adoption of modern security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, cloud security) and enhance organizational resilience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years with hands-on information security
• Financial Services/Banking industry experience required
• Extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership, governance, and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at the executive level.
• Knowledge in PCIDSS, SWIFT , ISO27001.
