Head of Juristic and Aftersales (Housing)

WE'RE HIRING: HEAD OF JURISTIC & AFTERSALES – HOUSING PROJECTS

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader to oversee Juristic Management and Aftersales Service across 6–7 housing projects.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in housing / low-rise residential projects, who can lead a small team, manage multiple projects, handle customer-facing situations, and proactively solve operational and service issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall Juristic Management and Aftersales operations across 6–7 housing projects

• Lead and manage a small team covering Juristic and Aftersales functions

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service standards, and proper handover from project completion to resident care

• Manage resident relations, complaints, service requests, and complex customer-facing issues professionally

• Work closely with Project, Construction, Customer Service, Sales, and other related teams to resolve issues effectively

• Monitor common area management, juristic operations, defects, repairs, service quality, and outstanding issues

• Establish clear workflows, service standards, response timelines, and follow-up processes

• Identify recurring problems, analyze root causes, and drive preventive and corrective actions

• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost, and service standards

• Monitor team performance, project issues, customer feedback, and key service indicators

• Prepare management reports, key issues, risks, and improvement recommendations

• Build strong relationships with residents, committees, internal stakeholders, and external partners

• Drive a proactive, service-minded, and ownership-oriented culture within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Engineering, or related fields

• More than 10 years of experience in Juristic Management, Property Management, Aftersales, or related functions

• Must have strong direct experience in Juristic Management for housing / low-rise residential projects

• At least 5 years of experience leading and managing teams

• Proven experience managing multiple housing projects simultaneously

• Strong customer-facing, complaint handling, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Strong understanding of housing project operations, juristic management, common area management, defects, and aftersales service

• Able to work hands-on while also managing overall team and project performance

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, practical, service-minded, and able to make sound decisions under pressure

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and visiting project sites as required
