About the Company: Flash Express is a leading logistics and courier company in Thailand, founded in 2017 by Komsan Saelee. It provides nationwide delivery services across all 77 provinces with over 2,500 service points. The company operates under the concept In mind, In delivery ensuring fast and reliable shipping solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic, practical, and commercial legal advice to executive leadership and operations teams supporting Flash group operations including Logistics, Warehousing, Supply Chain Management, etc.
2. Draft, review, negotiate, and revise high-value commercial agreements, complex supply chain/warehouse leases, vendor/carrier contracts, and corporate documentation.
3. Advise on legal risks and liability frameworks related to cross-border logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehouse operations, supply chain, and labor/subcontractor regulations in Thailand.
4. Oversee all litigation, dispute resolution, and debt collection efforts in Thailand.
5. Direct and manage relationship with external Thai and foreign legal counsels to ensure high-quality, cost-effective legal representation.
6. Coordinate and manage responses to inquiries, audits, or investigations from governmental and regulatory bodies.
7. Keep management updated on developments in local business-related laws, e-commerce, and logistics legislation, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate operational risk.
8. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) from a reputable university.
2. Thai Lawyer License
3. 8+ years of progressive post-qualification legal experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role within a large enterprise, multinational corporation, or top-tier law firm.
4. Hands-on experience covering Logistics, Warehousing/Supply Chain, Payments, E-wallets, or Fintech/Financial Products is highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication skills in Thai, plus English or Chinese
