Head of Product Development (Skincare&Supplement Industry)

We are looking for an experienced Product Development & R&D leader to join a growing skincare and dietary supplement business.

This is a strategic leadership role overseeing end-to-end product development, research, quality, and regulatory — from product concept and formulation through to market launch and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Product Development & R&D for skincare and dietary supplement products

• Drive product innovation based on market trends, consumer insights, scientific research, and business objectives

• Oversee formulation, testing, scale-up, product readiness, and launch

• Lead research on innovative formulations, active ingredients, and delivery systems

• Review scientific data, efficacy, safety, and product claims

• Oversee QA/QC and Quality Systems, including GMP, ISO, Thai FDA and ASEAN FDA requirements

• Lead regulatory compliance, product registration, claims substantiation, and audits

• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and external partners

• Build and develop teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Development

• Manage budgets, resources, and project priorities to ensure timely delivery

We are looking for someone with:

✓ Strong leadership experience in Skincare / Cosmetics / Dietary Supplements / FMCG

✓ Solid expertise in Product Development, R&D and Formulation

✓ Strong understanding of QA/QC and Regulatory Affairs

✓ Experience bringing products from concept to commercial launch

✓ Strong scientific, analytical, and commercial mindset

✓ Proven experience leading teams and cross-functional projects
