Head of Program Management Office & Sustainability Development

Responsibilities:

1) Project Management Leadership

• Oversee end-to-end project management and Support strategic guidance, and problem-solving to project teams.
• Develop project execution plans, project schedules, resource plans, budget plans, and risk management plans.
• Monitor project progress, key milestones, budget utilization, project risks, and overall performance.

2) Executive Reporting & Business Support

• Prepare and present project status, budget updates, risk reports, and key decision points to executive management.
• Provide recommendations to management on project risks, cost impact, timeline impact, and mitigation actions.
• Support business expansion, new project development, feasibility review, and project execution strategy when required.
• Provide project insights to support management decisions and long-term business planning.

3) Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor project issues, delays, and constraints, and escalate key risks to management when required.
• Proven ability to manage unexpected disruptions (supply chain issues, regulatory changes, geopolitical risks).

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of senior-level project management experience, specifically within production, manufacturing, or complex operational environments.
• Al least 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, or portfolio management
• Strong experience in budget tracking, resource planning, and executive reporting
• Proven ability to work with C-level and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
