Position Summary:
The Head of SecOps& Engineering is responsible for leading end-to-end technical security functions, including Security Operations, Engineering, Detection & Response, and foundational platform architecture across IT, OT, and AI-integrated environments. This role focuses on advancing cybersecurity capabilities, embedding security into DevOps and AI-driven platforms, and driving continuous transformation in how security is architected, automated, and operationalized across the Digital enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and scale Thai Unions Security Engineering and Operations capabilities, including SOC governance, threat detection, response, and incident management.
- Oversee the engineering and implementation of security tools and platforms across Cloud, IAM, OT, IT infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Integrate security practices into DevSecOps pipelines, enabling secure code delivery, automated controls, and infrastructure-as-code security baselines.
- Drive adoption of AI in security operations, including use-case development, threat detection enhancements, and platform automation.
- Guide security architecture design across IT and OT, aligning with the Purdue model, Microsoft Cloud Security Stack, and Zero Trust principles.
- Govern the performance of MSSPs and platform vendors, ensuring continuous integration, service delivery, and alignment with KPIs.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application, Infrastructure, Risk, and Data teams to ensure security is embedded across all digital initiatives.
- Provide strategic input to the Digital Security roadmap and lead technical execution of security transformation programs.
- Directly manage Security Solutions Architects and SOC leadership, drive collaboration across Foundations, Infrastructure, Risk, and Data teams.
- Track and report security health metrics, ensuring measurable value realization and service effectiveness.
