Get to know the Team

Our Human Resources team is a key driver of Thai Union's transformation, ensuring we have the talent, capabilities, leadership, and culture needed to succeed in a rapidly evolving global environment. Partnering with leaders across the business, the team attracts and develops talent, enhances employee experience, and enables organizational change that drives performance and sustainable growth. We are committed to creating a high-performing, inclusive organization where our people can grow, innovate, and thrive as part of a collaborative and supportive HR team. Join us and get to work as a team to shape talent, leadership, and reward programs, partner with business leaders on organizational change, and help build the culture behind our transformation.

Role Overview

  • As Head of Talent Management you will lead the talent, succession, leadership, performance and engagement agenda for Thai Union, owning five of the ten deliverables in our People Led Growth HR strategy and building a single global Centre of Expertise for talent and learning. In this role you will:
  • Implement a new talent framework and CEO-level talent governance, with success profiles and development plans that build ready-now successors for our most critical roles.
  • Establish enterprise-wide performance standards covering goal setting, coaching, feedback and reviews, and equip managers to address under-performance.
  • Co-create new values, behaviours and leadership standards and embed them across the employee life-cycle, from hire to exit.
  • Design and launch a Thai Union leadership academy with role-based pathways for emerging, senior and executive leaders.
  • Partner with Digital to build enterprise-wide digital, data and AI capability through structured learning and certification.
  • Bring distributed talent and learning resources together into one global Centre of Expertise that raises the return on our investment in leadership and succession.

Qualifications

  • Extensive HR leadership experience with deep expertise across talent management, succession, leadership development and performance.
  • A track record of leading these agendas at enterprise scale in a complex, multi-country organization.
  • Experience building a Centre of Expertise, or an equivalent centralised model, from distributed resources.
  • Proven design and roll-out of talent, succession and performance frameworks that changed business outcomes rather than process compliance.
  • Credibility with a CEO and executive team on senior talent and succession decisions.
  • Experience embedding values, behaviours and leadership standards across the employee life-cycle.
  • Confidence using technology, data and AI to modernise how talent and learning are delivered.
  • The judgement to hold a consistent global standard across diverse markets and workforce populations.
