HNW Relationship Manager / Team Lead

A well-established bank is seeking an experienced HNW Relationship Manager / Team Lead to manage and deepen relationships with its existing portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This is a predominantly farmer-focused role, with an emphasis on client retention, portfolio growth and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage and deepen relationships with an established portfolio of HNW clients.
Provide tailored wealth solutions aligned with clients financial objectives and risk profiles.
Drive portfolio growth through cross-selling and increasing share of wallet.
Lead, coach and support a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business targets.
Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

At least 8 years of relevant experience in private banking or wealth management.
Proven track record in managing and growing HNW client portfolios.
Prior team leadership experience is required.
Strong knowledge of investment and wealth management products.
Excellent relationship management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
