Holistic Manager

Location: Chiva-Som Hua Hin, Thailand

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Holistic Manager to lead our Holistic Department in Hua Hin, delivering exceptional guest experiences and high standards of holistic wellness.

The role will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while overseeing departmental operations, performance, productivity, resources, budget, and cost control. The position will also drive the development of innovative holistic wellness services and programmes aligned with guest needs, industry trends, and Chiva-Som's integrated wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and ensure high standards of guest care, service excellence, and holistic wellness delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team through KPIs, performance management, training, and manpower planning.
• Handle guest feedback, requests, and complaints, ensuring appropriate and timely action.
• Develop and improve holistic treatments, services, programmes, lectures, seminars, and guest activities based on guest needs and wellness trends.
• Research and stay current with holistic wellness, complementary and alternative medicine, healing philosophies, and emerging wellness trends.
• Collaborate with the Academy and other departments to support relevant programmes and an integrated guest experience.
• Manage resources, equipment, facilities, health, safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage the departmental business plan and budget, with a focus on productivity and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Experience in holistic wellness, complementary medicine, wellness hospitality, healthcare, or a related field, with proven leadership or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of holistic treatments, healing philosophies, and complementary and alternative medicine.
• Strong leadership, coaching, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Business awareness, including budgeting and cost control.
• Creative, proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
