To support our growing ambitions in Asia, we are looking for a Hospitality Lead – Thailand to elevate Tomorrowland's premium hospitality experience and build long-term relationships with our most valued guests.
YOUR ROLE
As Hospitality Lead – Thailand, you are a trusted partner for our high-end guests and a key link between the local market and our global hospitality vision. You combine commercial insight, operational excellence and a deep passion for service.
You will:
- Grow premium hospitality in Thailand
- Identify and develop new opportunities for premium, VVIP and bespoke experiences. You translate ideas into concrete concepts, products and packages that exceed expectations.
- Build and nurture VIP & UHNWI relationships
- Connect with affluent travelers, UHNWIs, corporate decision-makers and high-profile guests. You build long-term, trust-based relationships and understand their wishes, often before they express them.
- Create unique luxury experiences
- Source and curate ultra-premium services, experiences and partnerships that feel personal, meaningful and unforgettable – always aligned with the Tomorrowland story and level of quality.
- Lead and inspire locally
- Guide local teams and partners, ensuring flawless preparation and execution. You safeguard Tomorrowland's standards at every touchpoint and foster a culture of care, discretion and excellence.
- Be present on the ground
- During events and key moments, you are the calm and confident point of contact. Anticipating needs, solving challenges, and ensuring every detail contributes to a magical guest journey.
- Collaborate globally
- Work closely with the global hospitality team in Belgium and beyond, aligning Thailand with Tomorrowland's worldwide strategy, standards and future growth.
YOUR PROFILE
You are an entrepreneurial hospitality expert with a natural affinity for people and premium experiences.
You bring:
- 10+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium events, or high-end client services.
- Deep knowledge of the Thai market and a strong, trusted local network in hospitality, luxury travel and/or lifestyle.
- A natural ease with VIPs, UHNWIs and high-profile guests, combined with impeccable manners and cultural sensitivity.
- A high level of discretion, integrity and reliability – you handle sensitive information and situations with absolute professionalism.
- An entrepreneurial mindset: you spot opportunities, take ownership and create momentum rather than waiting for instructions.
- Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills, paired with genuine warmth, empathy and a service-minded attitude.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets and KPIs without losing sight of the guest experience.
- Resilience and a positive mindset – you thrive under pressure and understand that excellence is non‑negotiable.
- Fluency in English; Thai language skills are a strong plus.
