Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and handle new business opportunities including meeting & conference, corporate events and private functions.
  • Conduct site inspections and presentations for prospective guests.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, invoice and related event documentation with accurate details.
  • Promote and upsell F&B offerings to maximize revenue
  • Respond to and follow up the inquiries, event requests and booking arrangements promptly.
  • Work closely with the Head of Hospitality Sales and the Food & Beverage team to achieve sales targets.

Guest Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with Clients, Team members, Organizers and Partners.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for event guests / organizers from inquiry to event completion
  • Provide professional consultation to guests on event F&B packages and services.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and event process.

Coordination & Administration

  • Oversee events schedules and timelines, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of high-standard and quality service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Supervise and coach junior team members where required.
  • Prepare weekly reports and maintain accurate sales records
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in Event Sales, Event Management or Catering
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Flexible working schedule with availability for working at nights, weekends and holidays depending on event schedules.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Strong organizational detail-oriented skills.
