HP Analytics Lead

THE POSITION

• Be a key driver of data-driven decision making by transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that create business impact across Thailand.


• L ead analytics, forecasting, and business planning capabilities that enable commercial excellence, strategic decision-making, and sustainable business growth .


• Based in Bangkok, Thailand, partner with cross-functional teams to unlock growth opportunities and accelerate business performance through advanced analytics .

Tasks &R esponsibilities

• L ead analytics initiatives to generate actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.


• Develop forecasting models, business projections, and scenario analyses to support business planning, resource allocation, and future pipeline decisions .


• Develop andmaintainbusiness performance dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.


• Partner with commercial and cross-functional teams toidentifygrowth opportunities and address business challenges.


• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics and reporting processes.


• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and compelling business narratives for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy , Life Sciences, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, orrelated fields .


• Minimum of 3 years of p roven experience in Business Analytics, Forecasting, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or related analytical roles within theLife Scienceindustry.


• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, including forecasting, business planning, product lifecycle management, launch readiness, and pipeline planning.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and business decisions.


• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions, influence stakeholders, and communicate analytical insights effectively in a matrix environment.


• AdvancedMicrosoft Excel and data analysis or visualization tools; experience with business intelligence platforms and project management tools is an advantage.


• Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Thai are required.
