Job Description
CORE DUTIES
- Oversee daily office operations and liaise with the landlord, building management team, vendors, and service providers.
- Assist with hiring efforts, including scheduling interviews, onboarding and offboarding staff, and maintaining employee records.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records for staff, leave, HR files, contracts, and general administration.
- Manage payroll processing, CPF contributions, and related employment matters, working with both internal teams and outside parties.
- Assist with purchasing office supplies, arranging business travel, and organizing meetings and company events.
- Serve as the point of contact with external accountants, corporate secretaries, lawyers, and other professional advisors.
- Offer broad HR and administrative assistance to the leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum one year of experience in HR, administration, office management, or a comparable position.
- Strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and follow-through.
- Solid English proficiency (written and verbal) a dependable, proactive individual capable of juggling several responsibilities at once.
- Ability to work independently while liaising effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience managing CPF, payroll, leave tracking, or new-hire onboarding independently.
- Knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, MOM procedures, or work-pass application processes.
- Background helping organizations apply for government grants, incentive programs, or similar support schemes.
- Prior experience at a startup, SME, or within a regional office setting.
