Job Description

Job Overview

Lead the overall HR and Admin functions for our Thailand manufacturing factory. You will formulate and execute localized HR and administrative strategies in line with local laws, cultural practices and group corporate policies. You will build an efficient, compliant and positive working environment, manage end-to-end talent lifecycle, and provide solid organizational and operational support for factory stable and high-performance operation.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment for all factory positions from operators to middle management, develop local recruitment channels, and deliver structured onboarding and cultural integration for new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Thailand labor law, social security and tax regulations. Handle employee inquiries, disputes and grievances, manage union relations and lead labor negotiations to maintain stable labor relations.
  • C&B & Performance Management: Optimize local compensation and benefits system based on market benchmarking; implement group performance management policies and support department performance evaluation and coaching.
  • Training & Talent Development: Identify skill gaps, organize operational, safety and cultural training, and build local talent pipelines and key position succession plans.
  • HR Operations: Manage HRIS system, personnel files and employment contracts, ensure data accuracy and confidentiality, and control HR budget and costs.
Administration
  • Facility & Logistics Management: Oversee daily operation of factory office, dormitory, canteen, cleaning and greening; manage company vehicles, staff commuting and business travel arrangements.
  • External Relations & Compliance: Maintain good relationships with local government and communities; be responsible for foreign employees work permits, visas and relevant license application and renewal.
  • SHE Support & Health Management: Cooperate with the SHE team to promote safety culture, organize employee health check-ups and occupational health management activities.
  • Procurement & Cost Control: Manage administrative procurement and suppliers, control admin expenses and annual budget.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR & Admin management experience, including at least 2 years of factory HR & Admin management experience in Thailand. Candidates with greenfield factory setup or end-to-end local team building experience are highly preferred.
  • Professional Competence: Proficient in Thailand labor regulations and practical employee relation handling; experienced in labor negotiation and complex employee issue resolution. Possess strong team leadership, cross-cultural communication and cross-department coordination abilities.
  • Personal Traits: Integrity, strong responsibility, good adaptability and teamwork spirit with full respect for local Thai culture and customs.
