We are looking for an HR & Administration Manager Southeast Asia to lead our SEA HR and Administration function and partner closely with senior leaders across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to shape our people agenda, strengthen organizational capability and culture, and drive HR excellence across Southeast Asia.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Shape the SEA people agenda, translating business priorities into effective people strategies, governance, and organizational initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent development, and key people decisions.
- Strengthen our culture and employee experience, bringing company values to life across diverse markets and driving engagement initiatives across the region.
- Lead end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, employer branding, internal mobility, onboarding, development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive learning and capability development by identifying organizational needs and implementing training and development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Steer compensation, benefits, HR policies, and personnel budgets across SEA, balancing market competitiveness, compliance, governance, and cost effectiveness.
- Drive HR operational excellence through process standardization, compliance, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the SEA HR & Administration team in different countries, ensuring high-quality delivery across payroll, HRIS, benefits, office administration, expatriate support, supplier management, CSR, and employee activities.
- Champion responsible AI adoption, using approved AI solutions to improve HR processes and productivity while building AI capability across the organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Management, Occupational Psychology, Political Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering and Compensation & Benefits.
- At least 5 years of experience leading regional or cross-country teams, either directly or indirectly.
- Strong understanding of the Southeast Asian HR landscape and the ability to navigate different cultures and market environments.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills across different organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, build collaborative teams, and strengthen organizational culture.
- A growth mindset with an interest in digitalization and responsible use of AI to improve ways of working.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
