Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive to support the organization's day-to-day HR functions. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll support, payslip generation, HR documentation, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in HR operations, and be capable of handling multiple HR activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Support onboarding activities, including document collection and joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
- Coordinate monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
- Generate and distribute employee payslips.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to attendance, recruitment, headcount, attrition, and payroll.
- Draft HR communications, letters, and internal announcements.
- Respond to day-to-day employee HR queries and coordinate with internal departments.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and HR activities.
- Ensure HR records are accurate and maintained in compliance with company policies.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee data with accuracy.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
