Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Executive to join our team at Indovision Services . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Handle employee records, documentation, and maintain HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Conduct employee engagement activities to promote a healthy work culture.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
0 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
