Job Description
Responsibilities
- Business Partnering: Act as the key HR partner for managers and employees within the manufacturing perimeter, with strong shop-floor and operational proximity.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Manage day-to-day HR matters, ensure compliance with policies and legislation, and support employee/industrial relations.
- Workforce & Recruitment: Partner with managers on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, mobility, retention and workforce analytics.
- Talent Management: Deploy group processes for talent & performance management, succession planning and employee development.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support salary reviews, bonus cycles, benefits and recognition in line with Group policies.
- Change & Engagement: Support organizational changes, transformation, engagement, culture and communication initiatives.
- HR Analytics & Projects: Monitor key HR KPIs, use data to identify trends, support HR projects and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 12 years of relevant experience as HR Business Partner / HR Generalist in an international environment within manufacturing industry
- Masters / Bachelors in Human Resource or similar field
- Key experience in talent management, talent acquisition, employee relation and understanding Thai Labour Law, employee relation law 2158
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Fluent in both - Thai and English
