We are currently seeking an
HR Generalist to support our growing operations in Thailand.
Role Overview
The HR Generalist will support daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and assist in recruitment and administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
- Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide professional HR support.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate database information.
- Coordinate with internal teams and regional HR functions when needed.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or related roles.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational or internet/tech company.
- Familiarity with HR systems and office productivity tools.
