Your Role

As a Human Resources (HR) Generalist, you will:

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, end-to-end recruitment, and onboarding programs to attract, integrate, and retain top-tier talent.
• Manage employee relations, serve as a trusted advisor, mediate workplace conflicts, and drive engagement and culture initiatives.
• Oversee performance management processes, partner with managers on development plans, and coordinate learning initiatives across the organization.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and employee handbook updates while ensuring strict compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, and payroll system workflows while handling sensitive, confidential employee information with high discretion and emotional intelligence.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including background supporting employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR administration.
• Healthcare HR background or proven experience supporting recruitment for allied health roles.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong relationship-building and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., ADP, BambooHR, Workday).
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR management, supervisory, or lead role.
• Active professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
• Experience handling federal, state, and local labor law compliance (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO, FLSA).
• Background designing performance improvement plans (PIPs) and professional development programs.
• Proven ability to balance strategic HR planning with hands-on tactical execution.
