Job Description

• Act as trusted HR advisor to business leaders and management teams.
• Drive people strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and talent development programs.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top digital talent.
• Develop recruitment strategies for critical technology and digital roles.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Handle employee relations, performance issues, and organizational changes.
• Drive HR process improvement and best practices.
• Support and manage expatriate employee populations.
• Partner with stakeholders on mobility, relocation, onboarding, and employee integration.
• Support the separation and scaling of digital business operations.
• Drive change management initiatives in a dynamic business environment.
• Partner with regional and global leadership teams on strategic HR projects.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience in digital, technology, software, AI, fintech, or innovation-driven businesses.
• Experience managing multicultural and expatriate workforces.
• Professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of Thai Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership and sense of ownership
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to balance business objectives and employee needs in a matrix organization.
