HR Manager - APAC

• Implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage performance review processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws
• Partner with site/functional leadership on HR strategy and drive effective implementation of strategy across countries / sites
• Provide guidance/coaching to middle management
• Drive talent initiatives
• Resolve complex employee issues across multiple sites and functions
• Collect and analyze HR data to drive a culture of data-driven, continuous improvement to proactively identify trends which can improve business performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, policies, and procedures within each jurisdiction where PIP APAC operates and maintain required record keeping, reporting and employment practices.
