HR Manager - Bang Bo (Work every other Saturdays)

Description:

• Responsible for all of HR function to support the company business
• Manage to operate the Recruitment & Talent Acquisition process as per business requirement.
• Ensure effective of payroll operation management and compensation & benefit recognized to be take place in the organization.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable labor law requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization.
• Design, implement and manage organization-wide performance training/capacity building for all levels of employees and management to drive for understanding on performance management process and effectively evaluate and measure individual and team performance.
• Manage with talent assessment, providing coaching sessions, succession planning and processes related to performance management, career planning, business continuity and culture.
• Be HR consultant for any HR concern topics or issues and provide proper solutions or suggestions.
• Propose, initiate, create, and deliver relevant HR Management reports
• Improve environment in working area to contribute the well-being, labor relation, satisfaction and motivation of all employees engagement.

Requirements:

• At least BSc/BA in Human Resources or relevant fields
• Have experience as HR management level at least 3 Years
• Have experience HRM&HRD in food manufacturing
• Excellent communicator with Good in English Communication skills
• Well-organized and Good in Interpersonal Skills
• Able to work every other Saturdays
