Job Description

What this role involves:

Partnering with Corporate HR Team and Client Operations

This role will be responsible for partnering with HR Business Partner and Corporate HR team for supporting human resources functions in a wide range of HR processes at JLL's client site, including providing support in the execution of the overall JLL people strategy through the following duties:

  • Ensure the smooth-running process of the human resources function at the client site, working closely with HR business partner, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development team, client leadership team and operations team
  • Support overall execution of employee life cycle and HR projects across Staffing, Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Engagement activities, and Offboarding process
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to within the client site
  • Foster and handle employee relations matters onsite including employee issues, participation in company activities, and convey communication among management team, client team, HR team, operations team, in order to create a positive work environment and boost employee motivation
  • Drive employee engagement through programs, activities, and other initiatives to increase retention rate
  • Advocate JLL's Culture and Values onsite (Ethics, Teamwork and Excellence)
  • Prepare and record employee registration files for new hires and internal transfers for the client site
  • Work with Learning and Development and HR Business partner to analyze training needs for onsite team
  • Track and manage employee movement and absence records
  • Track and manage new hire orientation and onboarding program for new hires
  • Keep record of employee data, HR data analytics, and support the requisition process
  • Be a key collaborator and point of contact for all HR queries from management and employees at the client site

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in property management or client-facing environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex employee relations matters
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for HR data analytics, reporting, and workforce planning
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in driving employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
