Job Description

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, organization design, and talent optimization initiatives.
• Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Lead talent management activities, including recruitment strategy, succession planning, and retention programs.
• Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
• Design and facilitate learning and development programs to strengthen organizational capability.
• Collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to build a high-performance culture.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 5 - 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partnering experience.
• Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting business growth, transformation, or new business initiatives is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience utilizing HR data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Thai.
