Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok City, Thailand, for a Human Resources Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, strategies, and programs to meet organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, providing guidance on performance management processes, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The role involves collaborating with leadership teams to address HR-related needs and designing initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Experience in managing Employee Relations and addressing workforce concerns
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law with a focus on compliance
• Proficiency in Performance Management systems and processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR within the technology or service industry is a plus
