Job Description
Position Summary
Responsible for building and managing the HR team in Thailand, supporting the company's rapid expansion centered on group livestreaming (团播 / group live) business. Lead recruitment, training, compensation & performance, and employee relations to ensure the HR system fits the high-pace, high-turnover nature of livestream operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Build and lead the local HR team; clarify roles, set goals, and track delivery.
- Recruitment: Prioritize timely hiring for key roles such as group-live hosts and live-stream operations.
- Industry Fit: Understand group-live rhythms (night shifts, multi-shift scheduling, host revenue-sharing) and design matching schedules & incentive schemes.
- Training & Development: Build onboarding and basic training systems for hosts / operations to improve retention.
- Compensation & Performance: Help establish compensation structures and performance evaluation compliant with Thai labor law.
- Employee Relations: Handle labor relations, compliant employment, and daily care to reduce attrition.
- Local Compliance: Ensure employment complies with Thailand's Labour Protection Act and relevant rules for foreign staff.
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, including at least 1 year leading an HR function. Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more, with demonstrated ability to independently own and drive HR responsibilities end to end.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the group livestreaming industry. Prior experience at an MCN agency is preferred; a background in e-commerce or livestreaming is also preferred.
- Language: Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages—bilingual fluency, or at minimum the ability to handle day-to-day business communication with confidence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the local Thai labor market and employment regulations.
- Background in a multinational corporation or a Chinese-funded organization.
