Our client, a leading FMCG company, is looking for an experienced HSE Manager to drive and elevate a strong safety culture across multiple manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and support functions. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on managing safety programs, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding employee well-being while supporting business growth.
What You'll Do
Planning & Program Management
- Translate corporate safety policies and strategies into on-the-ground execution across sites, aligned with business goals and legal requirements
- Set safety targets, KPIs, and continuous improvement plans at the operational level
- Report safety performance and risk to senior leadership
Operational Management
- Oversee safety programs across multiple sites — manufacturing, logistics, and offices
- Track safety KPIs including LTIR, TRIR, near-miss reporting, and audit results
- Deploy safety systems, risk assessments, and digital reporting tools to improve transparency and efficiency
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate site safety officers and teams
- Build safety capability through training, awareness campaigns, and team development
- Foster a proactive safety culture at every level
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Thai and international standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, GMP)
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills
- Establish robust hazard identification, risk mitigation, and employee health processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain to embed safety into every process
- Work with external agencies and regulators to benchmark best practices
- Support new product launches, plant expansions, and capital projects with strong safety frameworks
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12 years in safety within FMCG, food manufacturing, or industrial sectors, including 3–5 years in a team leadership role
- Proven multi-site safety management experience
- Track record of building and strengthening safety cultures
- Deep knowledge of Thai safety regulations and global standards (ISO 45001, OHSAS, HACCP, GMP)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) a strong plus
- Fluent in Thai and English, written and spoken
