Hub Operations Supervisor (Chinese Speaking)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational performance across sorting centers, distribution centers, and branches within the Express business.
• Ensure operational procedures comply with company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and operational teams to ensure efficient daily operations and timely issue resolution.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and overall performance.
• Prepare operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations to support management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in distribution center management, logistics operations, or a related field.
• Experience in the express delivery, courier, transportation, or logistics industry is preferred.
• Chinese proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary and travel to upcountry locations as required.
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
