Job Description

Role Overview

This role will work closely with business leaders to drive people strategies, support organizational development, and align HR initiatives with business goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies
  • Provide HR advisory support on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Support business transformation initiatives and organizational restructuring

Talent & Workforce Management

  • Lead manpower planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
  • Support leadership capability building and high‑potential employee programs
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring needs

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and labor laws
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives

Performance & Rewards

  • Support performance management cycles, goal setting, and performance reviews
  • Advise managers on performance improvement and employee development plans
  • Coordinate with C&B on rewards, incentives, and recognition programs

HR Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with labor law, company policies, and governance standards
  • Support audits, HR reporting, and data‑driven decision making
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS data

Change & Communication

  • Support change management and internal communication initiatives
  • Act as a change agent to promote CP Axtra values, leadership behaviors, and ways of working

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2–3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and HR best practices
  • Experience in Tech-driven organizations or digital transformation environments is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Proficiency in Thai and English
