Job Description

Act as an HR Business Partner to support assigned business units and retail operations
Work closely with line managers to understand business needs and provide HR solutions
Support HRBP functions including manpower planning, employee relations, performance management, and engagement
Take responsibility for training-related functions, including training coordination, implementation, and follow-up
Identify training needs and support the development of training programs aligned with business objectives
Support talent development and succession planning initiatives
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with company policies and local labor laws
Assist in change management and support organizational development during rapid expansion
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
