Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnering
- Drive impactful HR strategies in alignment with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on People Management, Talent Retention, and Organizational Change, ensuring sustainable growth and high-performance culture.
2. HRM, Performance & Development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and HRIS (Workday).
- Design and manage a transparent and fair Performance Management process.
- Develop and implement Succession Planning, Career Path frameworks, and provide consultation on Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Plan and execute Learning & Development initiatives as well as function-specific training programs.
- Oversee processes related to Merit Increase, Bonus, Promotion, and Payroll.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or employer branding with project initiative and development
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools is a plus.
