Support key business units/internal clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives
Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the client's side
Manage related HR Projects for the key business units/ internal clients
Build a strong business relationship with the business units/internal clients as well as employees
Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees
Work closely with recruitment, learning and development, compensation & benefits, performance management, organization development teams etc. to drive and ensure all HR activities are delivered efficiently and effectively
