You will be part of our Human Resources team, providing consultancy + advice across all people related topics on either a vertical or geographic basis.

How you create impact

  • To actively support all stages of the employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, and offboarding—ensuring a positive, consistent, and productive employee experience
  • To develop and support employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • To build and maintain effective partnerships with internal customers, advising on people management issues, contractual and statutory compliance matters and performance management of disciplinary issues.
  • To facilitate behavioral change in leaders and employees to drive our people and organisational transformation.
  • To support overall communication across the organisation in both English and Local Languages (including but not limited to keeping internal communication platforms up to date and relevant, reviewing or implementing new Working Instructions and Policies).
  • To be actively involved in transferring HR tasks to the Shared Service Team and/or focusing on continuous improvement of HR activities.
  • To provide and analyze people related data either proactively or on demand.

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in English is preferred, as the role involves managing multiple countries.
  • Demonstrates neutrality and objectivity when handling employee and business matters
  • Possesses solid business acumen, with the ability to understand organizational goals and align HR strategies accordingly
