We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Corporate Functions, partnering closely with leaders and employees across head office teams. As a trusted HR partner, you will provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management, organization development, workforce planning, and talent development. Key Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders across a broad range of HR functions, including:
- Partner with line managers to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Manage employee relations cases, conduct investigations, and provide practical solutions while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Advise managers on performance management, coaching, career development, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.
- Build strong working relationships with leaders and employees to enhance productivity, morale, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, hiring decisions, and onboarding activities.
- Prepare employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and other employment-related documentation.
- Support workforce planning, organizational restructuring, succession planning, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Identify learning and development needs and coordinate training programs to strengthen organizational capabilities.
- Partner with business leaders to develop career development and succession plans for key talent.
- Recommend and implement HR process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Support expatriate employees and other HR initiatives as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partner or Generalist roles with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Strong understanding of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working with changing business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
