Job description and responsibilities:
- Focus Restaurant & Entertainment Business.
- Monitor overall HR operations include HRM, HRD, and HR Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process align with business need.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop HR policies and procedures and enforcing it with strict adherence to compliance.
- Handle and coordinate with the external company concerning the benefits programs to ensure service quality and continuous improvements.
- Manage and monitor the staff and/or expat for overseas assignments in all areas of human resources such as coordinating and arranging for VISA and work permits, setting up, etc.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields
- 10 years up experience in HR Overall management.
- Experiences from Restaurant, Entertainment, Hotel Business.
- Strong HR knowledge to provide HR consultation to management including labor laws knowledge.
- Good command of English
