We're supporting a global organization in the Manufacturing software space to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to partner closely with local leadership and regional/global HR teams. This role blends strategic HR partnering with hands-on execution across talent, performance, and people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with local leadership to align HR strategy with business goals; drive org development, change management, and internal communications
- Lead employee engagement initiatives (survey + action planning) to strengthen culture and collaboration
- Support employer branding activities (LinkedIn, industry events, campus talks, career fairs)
- Drive workforce planning, talent pipeline building, succession planning, and internal mobility
- Coach managers through performance management and complex people topics
- Ensure strong HR operations in partnership with the Office Manager (GA/HR), including employee relations and compliance
- Support operational HR delivery: recruitment coordination, payroll administration, statutory contributions, and daily HR support
- Contribute to global HR programs and ensure effective local rollout
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field (Master's preferred)
- 810 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years as an HRBP in a multinational or fast-paced environment
- Team management experience
- Strong Thai labor law knowledge and experience working in a global, matrix organization
- Strong capability in coaching leaders, employee relations, and performance/talent management
- Hands-on exposure to recruitment coordination, payroll support, and HR operations
- Comfortable with HRIS, reporting, and Microsoft Office
- Strong ownership mindset and communication skills in Thai & English
- Added: Proven experience managing and influencing stakeholders across the region (APAC) and/or Europe
