Reports to: Head of People

Location: Elephant Tower (BTS Phaholyothin 24)

Position Overview

The HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring HR practices foster innovation, engagement, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand priorities and translate them into HR strategies.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Support managers in performance management, coaching, and career development.
  • Collaborate with the Head of People to design and implement HR policies and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR standards.
  • Leverage analytical skills to interpret HR metrics, identify workforce trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage employee relations cases with professionalism and fairness.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Drive change management efforts during organizational transformations.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
    • Minimum 710 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and organizational development.
    • Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Experience in fast-paced, innovative environments is highly desirable.
