Human Resources Intern - Recruitment & Operations

Shape U Obesity Clinic is hiring Human Resources Executive & Operations.

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Work from Office, Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Do all recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Coordinate with Institute and colleges for Intern/candidates
• Joining and exit formalities
• HR Documentation & Communication Material, Reports,
• Grievance handling
• Assisting in payroll and compliance
• Admin duties as & when required
• Employee engagement activities
• Internal Training
• Visit to other branches as per schedule for employee interaction, requirements at clinic and anything related to employees and changes required in clinic
• Tie ups with clinics and hospitals for Candidate Internship & job
• Vendor Management
• Stock Management
• Coordinate and follow-up for repairs and maintenance
• Ensure Learning and development sessions across all clinics
• Cultivating a positive and welcoming work environment
• Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, Casual leave, Vacation, duty adjustments etc
• Maintain compliance with local labour laws & regulations.
