Role Description The Human Resources Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Trat, responsible for overseeing and coordinating HR operations across Seudam Group's diverse service businesses. This role manages day-to-day HR activities, including workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, personnel records, and employee lifecycle processes to support front-line and corporate teams. The Human Resources Lead develops, implements, and updates HR policies, ensures compliance with labor regulations, and administers employee benefits and performance management practices. The role also supports managers with employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives, while promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Regular collaboration with leadership and operational teams is required to anticipate staffing needs, support organizational growth, and drive HR process improvements.
Base Salary: 30.000 THB- 35.000 THB
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, including experience managing HR operations in a multi-service or hospitality-oriented organization.
- Candidates should possess expertise in HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to design, implement, and maintain compliant and competitive HR frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid Personnel Management skills, including handling employee relations, performance discussions, and team support across multiple locations.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, especially in service or tourism sectors, is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations in Thailand, with attention to compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse employees and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software; experience implementing HR process improvements is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Trat and occasionally travel to operational locations such as Koh
