Job Description

Our client is a growing organization in the pet healthcare industry, combining clinical expertise with innovative solutions to improve animal health and well-being. They are seeking an HR Manager to lead both HRM and HRD functions, driving talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement while supporting the company's continued growth and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with Thai labor laws and support governance, audit, and business growth requirements.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee records management.
  • Develop and implement learning & development initiatives, talent management programs, career paths, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Enhance employee engagement, retention, and total rewards programs to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR service delivery.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations for organizational improvement.
  • Drive performance management processes, including KPI/OKR alignment and employee development planning.
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people-related strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Direct experience or strong functional exposure working within an MNC, a large corporate group, or a Thai company that has successfully navigated a corporate restructuring, audit, or IPO process is highly advantageous.
  • Strong, well-rounded expertise in both HRM and HRD functions with in-depth knowledge of Thai labor laws, employee benefits, and compensation management.
  • Proven ability to design and implement structured employee development programs, training initiatives, and clear career progression plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the capability to navigate and drive organizational change under tight corporate timelines.
  • Experience in the veterinary, pet food, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or wholesale industries is a plus.
