Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • Drive and support the implementation of our people strategy to directly contribute to business objectives.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the management team on all people-related topics, partnering closely with local and regional teams to drive and execute strategic HR initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted coach and advisor to both managers and employees, providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters.
  • Oversee full spectrum/end-to-end HR functions; recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, managing both operational and tactical responsibilities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Ensure that all HR practices are compliant with local legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal BSH policies and standards.

Your profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant professional experience. Fluency in both Thai and English is essential.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary HR practices and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability in influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with meticulous attention to detail and sound judgment.
